The all-new Jeep® Compass redefines the C-SUV benchmark with
a new generation that is more capable, more versatile comfortable, and more

Designed and engineered in Europe, the New Compass blends

suspension tuning to smarter drive modes and completely renewed electric
architecture.

With a full range of powertrains covering widely the segment,
the new Compass is now available for order with a choice of 2 powertrains:
e-Hybrid and BEV (74 kWh 213hp Front Wheel Drive) and will further enhance the
freedom of choice Jeep offering in to
its customers a 195 HP Hybrid Plug-in
and 2 additional BEV versions, ranging
from 213hp in the front-wheel drive version up to stunning 375hp in the
all-wheel drive.

The New Compass presents
generous proportions at 4.55 metres in length, alongside optimised
aerodynamics. Its exterior is built for purpose: key elements like cameras and
radar units are now positioned higher to minimise the risk of damage during
tough off-road driving, while the new functional front end enhances both
protection and efficiency. A new dedicated AWD functional exterior and the
addition of a rear tow hook further emphasise its adventurous spirit and
readiness for any terrain.
The New Compass also
benefits from new suspension tuning, developed to achieve the best possible
balance between handling and comfort. They ensure a ground clearance of 200 mm,
allowing the vehicle to face uneven terrains without compromising on-road composure,
while vertical acceleration has been reduced by 15%, and body roll is down by
20%, ensuring a more stable drive. At the same time, the steering calibration
has been refined to provide both precision and smoothness, adapting
intelligently to different driving situations. This technical evolution is
accompanied by enhanced noise insulation, achieved through improved materials
like the new rear glass, which is now 11% thicker than before. Together, these
refinements create a calm and refined cabin atmosphere, where passengers can
enjoy long journeys or urban commutes in total comfort. The result is a vehicle
that delivers dynamic equilibrium, combining agility with the serenity typical
of premium SUVs.
On top of that, the 4xe
version will bring a further step forward in performance thanks to the new rear
e-motor developed exclusively for Jeep Compass, capable of delivering 132 kW
and up to 3100 Nm at the wheels, ensuring outstanding traction.
Inside, the cabin has been
reimagined for greater versatility and refinement. The interior space is
generous, with rear passengers enjoying an extra 20 mm of legroom and cargo
space expanding to up to 550 litres, which is 45 Liters more than before. The total
front storage reaches 34 litres, offering greater space for everyday items. The
interior architecture prioritises functionality and ease of use, featuring an
intuitive physical gearbox rotary command, an electronic parking brake button
and a rubberised Selec-Terrain® switch placed within easy reach, allowing
seamless operation even on rough terrain.
Indeed, it is precisely
the Selec-Terrain® drive mode system that proves to be one of the model's key
features. This system is not just about changing the screen graphics or the
colour of the ambient lighting; it introduces real mechanical adjustments to
optimise performance on every surface. This translates into a level of control
and adaptability that allows for greater traction, stability, and confidence in
any driving condition. Drivers can choose among five driving modes: Auto,
Sport, Snow, Sand/Mud, and, Electric (the latter exclusive to e-Hybrid Plug-in
version) each designed to optimise performance and control in different
conditions. All modes integrate the Electronic Stability Program (ESP), which
works seamlessly with ABS, traction control, and engine management to ensure
stability by adjusting power delivery and braking for maximum safety and
precision. Auto mode, standard across all powertrains, offers the ideal balance
between performance and comfort, using 90% of peak power with normal steering
calibration and a balanced shift strategy, while maintaining full Level 2 ADAS
functionality. Sport mode enhances responsiveness with 100% of peak power, over
boost, sport-tuned steering calibration, and performance-focused ESP and shift
settings, all while keeping Level 2 ADAS active. For slippery surfaces, Snow
driving mode provides 80% of maximum power for smoother traction, combining the
Sport steering setup with a normal shift strategy and dedicated ESP
calibration. When facing rough or gravel terrain, Sand/Mud mode maximises grip
through 100% of available power with overboost, sport steering, and
terrain-specific calibrations for ESP and shifting.
The New Jeep Compass
introduces a cutting-edge tech architecture that enables a wide range of
advanced connected services, available both onboard and remotely. These
services are organised into two tailored packages: Connect ONE and Connect
PLUS, designed to enhance the driving experience and ensure seamless
integration with the driver’s digital lifestyle.
The new Jeep 2.0 mobile
app, developed specifically for the New Compass, allows drivers to seamlessly
manage key vehicle functions anytime, anywhere.
Included in the vehicle
price for 10 years, the Connect ONE pack provides several features, including
some specific for EV, such as: charging scheduling, cabin preconditioning and
battery performance optimization services. As part of this offer, drivers can
benefit of Digital Key, an innovative feature that allows them to use their
smartphone to unlock and access the vehicle, in a smartest way.
With all these
innovations, the New Jeep Compass offers drivers a smarter, intuitive, and more
connected driving experience.
However, all this
technology is carefully crafted to harmonise functionality with beautiful
design, to create a user experience that is both practical and elegant. The
complete radio screen homepage integrates all major functions, from media and
navigation to calls and climate control, into a single intuitive interface. The
dashboard features a 10.25’’ digital cluster and a 16’’ infotainment screen,
with a Head-Up Display to present every important data without requiring users
to look away from their driving viewpoints. Even steering wheel controls have
been designed to maximise cleanability and enhance simplicity, allowing the
driver to manage ACC settings, speed limits, distance adjustment, cluster page
changes, L2 activation or deactivation, ADAS restart or cancellation, and media
functions with natural ease, even while driving on uneven terrain.
With this level of
adaptability, the New Jeep Compass is far more than just an SUV. Its integrated
technologies are specifically engineered to offer drivers a deep sense of
comfort and peace of mind, transforming every journey - from busy city commutes
to extended road trips - into a smart, satisfying driving experience. One of
its main improvements is the One-Pedal Drive function, available on BEV
versions, which allows the driver to control acceleration and deceleration
using only the accelerator pedal. This intuitive system makes driving easier
and more relaxing, especially in traffic, and represents the natural evolution
of what automatic transmission once brought to the market - a new level of
ease, precision, and confidence in everyday driving.
Another major advancement
in this model is the introduction, on the New Jeep Compass, of Level 2
autonomous driving as a standard feature. The safety package is completed by
state-of-the-art features such as the Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control
(P-ACC) and Semi-automated Lane Change. The P-ACC retains all the benefits of
the traditional ACC Stop&Go but adds the ability to adapt the speed
according to road profile, speed limits, and upcoming curves or roundabouts.
The system automatically slows down before a bend and accelerates smoothly once
the road straightens, ensuring greater serenity behind the wheel. The
Semi-automated Lane Change function, available between 70 and 180 km/h, assists
the driver when changing lanes by performing gentle steering adjustments to
guide the vehicle into the intended lane, delivering a safer and serene driving
experience.
Finally, the New Compass
offers one of the most complete and advanced electrified lineups in its
segment, giving every driver the freedom to choose their perfect balance
between performance, efficiency, and driving pleasure. The current range
includes the efficient 1.2 e-Hybrid FWD, delivering 145 hp and a total range of
up to 970 km, alongside the Full Electric FWD, which provides 213 hp and up to
500 km of range.
